Contacted for antivirals. Got called back promptly for details, then had an incredibly detailed and helpful consultation. Medication was delivered to our door about an hour later. Impressed.
Extremely rude. I had a prescription for two medications for dental work. Charged me $30, which I was not expecting, and didn't have. When I returned to request my prescription back, he informed me he had already dispensed it and couldn't return it to me. Eventually decided he could, then grumbled about having to remove it from his system. When I questioned why so much as I was only charged $5 at other pharmacies, he said they must have made a mistake as it's the law to charge $15 each for dental prescriptions (it's not). As soon as I questioned him on this, he began aggressively inquiring about my mask exemption, despite never asking about it before. Also insisted it was the law to present my exemption (it's not) and displayed other general aggressive behavior. A truly disappointing experience.
Unbelievable service. I got covid in Auckland while visiting from Canada. My spouse went to this pharmacy within walking distance of our hotel. Exceptional individuals who made a tremendous effort to assist. When my spouse got covid and we were both unwell, they delivered medications and put the bill on credit. After we recovered, we went to settle the bill. So accommodating, so kind, friendly people. I cannot express enough how thankful we are to know that there are generous and helpful individuals around the globe. Truly appreciate their attitude, friendliness, and compassion.
