Welcoming, knowledgeable, but post-consultation follow-up is lacking in my experience, attempted to contact the salon multiple times to inquire about my results but no one answered the phone on any occasion I called.. day before my next appointment and still clueless about whether my hair was suitable for the service I desired - ended up having to visit the salon only to discover my appointment was going to be canceled anyway due to illness - not the first instance this has occurred with a booked appointment but I understand illness happens, was offered to reschedule but I was frustrated with the whole situation and went elsewhere. I am trained and qualified as a junior stylist and have previously worked in a salon as a junior on apprenticeship, so I know what should be expected from clients in terms of customer service, and the service I received was unsatisfactory. Each of the 3 times I had a strand test done I had to chase up the results so I knew whether to book for the service or not..
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Melissa! She took the time to grasp my desires, and she delivered! My hair turned out exactly as I wished, with Melissa allowing me to have input throughout the entire process. The service from Tash was also superb, both stylists offering me refreshments the entire 6 hours I was in the chair. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this salon to others :)
Melissa is absolutely fantastic, she truly listened to my hair desires while prioritizing my hair health. The salon was modern and spotless. I could not find a flaw in the service or Vanity Lounge. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Melissa for taking great care of me.
