Scheduled a full body massage yesterday. Upon leaving, I expressed my disappointment as I didn't feel like I received that. No arms, hands, feet, or thighs were included. To me, that doesn't constitute a full body massage. The young woman mentioned that usually only the back and lower legs are covered. I believe this should be clarified at the beginning.
