Attending the sound healing and journaling workshop last Sunday was a truly amazing experience. The surroundings were breathtaking and the energy of the place was so positive. I will definitely be keeping an eye out for their upcoming events.
My partner and I are currently exploring on a cruise from Auckland and decided to make a stop in this beautiful country for some rest and relaxation. We indulged in the us + them package which included a sauna, massage, and float therapy session (each lasting 45 minutes). The staff at Wellness Haven were incredibly professional and helpful in guiding us through the experience. All the treatments were exceptional and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and pamper themselves.
