I was incredibly thankful to all the team members I encountered during my 4-day stay. Every team member was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond. The follow-up phone call was appreciated as well. All details about the treatment and medications were clearly explained, and written materials were provided. Thank you for your exceptional care.
The gentleman who served me was not very pleasant... He asked us to wait and then informed us that the service was not available for us because we're not locals. He didn't even offer an apology which left us feeling discriminated against in this situation.
