I bought a grab one voucher that I never got to use. Therapist Sam did not answer my calls and would take days to reply to messages to try and organize an appointment. Eventually, we managed to make an appointment but she had to cancel on the day due to covid. Understandable, but then back to her not replying for days to reschedule. Eventually settled on today (over 6 weeks since I first contacted her) only for me to arrive and the door to be locked! Once again no answer to calls. When I messaged to ask about a refund she replies to contact grab one. No apology or anything. This is my first negative review I've ever left but just so frustrated!!!
Been there 5+ times for massages with Katrina and Jo: + Good atmosphere + Professional + Intuitive (they feel what's needed) + It's somewhat different with the tools they have available. They release tensions on a deeper level that lasts longer + Good quality oils + Nice music + Great price for what I got out - Not so flexible on short term/walk-ins
Jacinda is an extremely intuitive and skillful massage therapist who brings a lot of knowledge about the body and injury management, top-notch work! Highly recommended :)
