It's the sole spot I'll ever frequent. Chathu is an ace. They've tended to my brows and locks for a full year now, and I've not once strayed because their skills are that top-notch. They excel at their craft, I've directed 7 fresh clients their way, many of whom were strangers enamored by Chathus work on my brows and locks. They are attentive and yield results. They are amiable, and a slew of their patrons have trailed them from their stint at Dominion Rd, all the way to Mangere Bridge now. Don't dawdle, HURRY to this spot. You'll never rue it.
(If I could rate 0 I would) They styled my partner's locks a few days back and she returned in tears at the botched haircut and attempted to bill her $185 for “colouring” her hair when they merely added a few small foils with the same hue she had - it appeared identical. They urged her to bring cash for a “discount” too. Additionally, they made her blow dry her own hair post-service because they tack on an extra $40 for blow-drying on top of the $230 she was already shelling out, what a sham! PLEASE AVOID THIS INDIVIDUAL!
I'm from the UK and always had my brows tended to excellently back home. Arrived in Auckland early 2017 and couldn't locate a spot I truly fancied for brow maintenance. Tried sporadically - so pricey and always thinned out my brows.
