I requested a trim to get rid of damaged hair - my hair was below my waist before the cut, now it's shoulder length. The barber didn't confirm the length before cutting, nor did she inquire about thinning or layering. I'm relieved I didn't go further, as I believe she would have caused more harm than good. The haircut is so bad it brought me to tears. I strongly advise against visiting this place unless you want to end up bald.
My teenage daughter was thrilled with the male barber's service. He was personable and skilled. Will definitely return.
I've been in New Zealand for 3 years without any issues. However, my last two appointments were with a new barber who gave me uneven and terrible haircuts. He was constantly on his phone while cutting my hair and even during payment. Very unprofessional.
