Absolutely adore the service and Sussan! Always leave feeling glamorous. Highly recommend as Sussan ensures you look fabulous when leaving. Exceptionally professional and hygienic. I've been a loyal customer for 12 years and will continue to be.
Extremely unprofessional. The Woman forgot my headband, allowing hair to fall on my face. When reminded, she showed limited facial options without discussion. For a supposed relaxing facial, I would never suggest this place. Hygiene-wise, using tissue felt dry. Charging $95.00 for an Indian instant facial kit I could buy for $20 elsewhere is a rip-off. The massage was decent but rushed. The face pack was hastily applied by hand for less than 5 minutes, far from a relaxing experience. They only discussed additional options after the facial, a clear money-making tactic. It seemed they were trying to get rid of excess product. Disappointing.
