We went out for our end of year staff Christmas outing. The gents were so friendly and attended to all 4 of us promptly together. They catered to our preferences and desires. It was a truly enjoyable day. I returned because I wasn't fond of the bright green hue I chose, and they willingly redid them at no extra cost! I'm thrilled with the new color I selected. Thank you R&J Nails :)
Extremely underwhelming. I arrived at 4.20 and inquired if they had time for a basic manicure with a clear/natural shade. They didn't soak my hands or tend to my cuticles. Just shaped them, applied a base coat and clear polish, then said, "you can leave in 5 minutes." They only exchanged about 6 words with me :( Afterward, she returned to sit with the other two individuals who were glued to their phones the entire time. All three were engrossed in their phones! They only charged $20, but I would have preferred to pay the full price for a proper manicure since they had ample time. I departed at 4.45 while they resumed being on their phones… The worst customer service.
