A very welcoming and thorough clinic, often fitting my dogs in for appointments even when we were not registered patients at their practice. The vet nurses and vets we have encountered there have always provided lovely service and care for both our dogs, most recently Aroha. I am grateful to have this clinic close to home!
Dr Aroha Ngata has been my vet for all my furry babies and I am thankful she saved one of my little girls a few years ago. She is incredibly meticulous during her examinations and does not shy away from giving the hard truths. Her attention to detail is truly impressive. It is quite rare to find a vet who is as compassionate and trustworthy with my fur children as she is. Dr Aroha Ngata, you are a true blessing.
Every veterinarian, veterinary nurse, and other team member has been wonderful to interact with every time my cats have needed care. They always provide clear instructions for aftercare, and today my frightened cat was given a blanket to snuggle under as a dog passed through. Thank you.
