Encountered Mel during Christmas 2023 for my initial full-face waxing and threading session. She's truly skilled at threading, leaving me thrilled with the results. Also indulged in a facial, a tad pricey but the massage was heavenly. Perhaps consider offering discounted event facials with extended massage time for ultimate relaxation.

I requested a trim to get rid of damaged hair - my hair was below my waist before the cut, now it's shoulder length. The barber didn't confirm the length before cutting, nor did she inquire about thinning or layering. I'm relieved I didn't go further, as I believe she would have caused more harm than good. The haircut is so bad it brought me to tears. It's not the most comfortable experience as they only have chairs, so you have to try to 'fit' in the chair and you might end up with a sore neck!
