I requested a trim to get rid of damaged hair - my hair was below my waist before the cut, now it's shoulder length. The barber didn't confirm the length before cutting, nor did she inquire about thinning or layering. I'm relieved I didn't go further, as I believe she would have caused more harm than good. The haircut is so bad it brought me to tears.
