Arrived for foils at 9:30 am and didn't leave until 5 pm - far too long! My sister opted for balayage, but the result was ridiculous. This is my beauty parlor. These ladies do an absolutely amazing job. It's not the most comfortable experience as they only have chairs, so you have to try to 'fit' in the chair and you might end up with a sore neck! I requested a trim to get rid of damaged hair - my hair was below my waist before the cut, now it's shoulder length. The barber didn't confirm the length before cutting, nor did she inquire about thinning or layering. I'm relieved I didn't go further, as I believe she would have caused more harm than good. The haircut is so bad it brought me to tears.
