Chris is an unparalleled nail expert and artist I've come across. Their craftsmanship is superb, and they invest time in understanding their customers' unique requirements and concerns. They also grasp their clients' personalities and discern what suits them in terms of colors and nail art, of which they have an extensive array of products. I had a specific issue that no other technician worldwide had been able to resolve, but Chris managed to tackle it (excuse the pun). Chris genuinely cares for their clients and is generous with their time, never rushing and ensuring their clients are content. Their salon is a warm haven, and their hospitality is delightful. I am absolutely thrilled with my nails and the overall experience at this salon! The nail artists here displayed great patience and attention to detail, especially when adding extensions and creating nail art that perfectly matched the photo I showed them. The studio is clean and they maintain a high standard of sterilization for their equipment throughout the day. This is now my go-to nail salon. I've frequented this place a couple of times and I absolutely adore how they pamper my nails! They pay attention to detail, the polish stays on for ages, I opted for nail art this time and was extremely pleased with the outcome. The pricing is fair, the color choices are adorable, and they exhibit great patience. The only reason I stopped going was because she had left. 😭 and I've not found anyone else as skilled as Thu, on a gel manicure/pedicure as her.
