I used to frequent this place about a year ago and had a lovely lady named Thu do my gel manicures and pedicures. The only reason I stopped going was because she had left. 😭 and I've not found anyone else as skilled as Thu, on a gel manicure/pedicure as her. Her attention to detail, expertise, and suggestions were priceless. Chris is an unparalleled nail expert and artist I've come across. Their craftsmanship is superb, and they invest time in understanding their customers' unique requirements and concerns. They also grasp their clients' personalities and discern what suits them in terms of colors and nail art, of which they have an extensive array of products. I had a specific issue that no other technician worldwide had been able to resolve, but Chris managed to tackle it (excuse the pun). Chris genuinely cares for their clients and is generous with their time, never rushing and ensuring their clients are content. Their salon is a warm haven, and their hospitality is delightful. They pay attention to detail, the polish stays on for ages, I opted for nail art this time and was extremely pleased with the outcome.
