Dialed on Wednesday to schedule an appointment for Easter Friday (checking if they were open that day). They confirmed and booked me in. Arrived on Friday, but found them closed! Tried calling multiple times, waited for half an hour, but no response!
Had a booking for 11:00 on the 19th, took the day off work for it, arrived but the salon was shut. Waited around for about 30 minutes before leaving. Left several messages after calling the salon with no response. Hoping all is well.
Highly recommend Neti, excellent service and very professional. If you need someone to take care of your hair, they've got it sorted. I'll definitely return.
