We run a delivery service and were informed by a client to confirm the readiness of the items for collection. We phoned ahead and were told they were prepared for pick up. Upon arrival, it took 15 minutes just to receive some assistance and, as you may have guessed, the items were not ready. My driver waited for 30 minutes, totaling 45 minutes of frustration. We have decided to no longer collect from Mitre 10 and have advised our customers to try other stores where time is not wasted.
Always a pleasant visit at Tauranga Mitre 10. The team is welcoming and eager to assist. They offer a wide selection of products at competitive prices. I've also heard that the coffee at the in-store cafe is excellent.
Great spot, ample parking, friendly customer service with helpful staff. They have everything you need under one roof, and finding products is a breeze with clear signage or by simply asking.
