Upon arrival, it took 15 minutes just to receive some assistance and, as you may have guessed, the items were not ready.
My driver waited for 30 minutes, totaling 45 minutes of frustration.

The hairdresser attempted to shift the blame onto me for using boxed dye too frequently. I was then charged $120 for only covering my greys, which reappeared a week later.
