We phoned ahead and were told they were prepared for pick up.
Upon arrival, it took 15 minutes just to receive some assistance and, as you may have guessed, the items were not ready.
My driver waited for 30 minutes, totaling 45 minutes of frustration.

Visited for grey coverage and blonde highlights. After waiting for 3-4 hours, I left with the same hair colour. The hairdresser attempted to shift the blame onto me for using boxed dye too frequently. I was then charged $120 for only covering my greys, which reappeared a week later. The store is spotless, with quick, excellent service from a team of three behind the counter. It's well-stocked with fresh produce.
