The team at the workshop provides excellent service, quality work, and great customer care. While I found another automotive electrics shop that offered slightly lower prices for the same job, the overall experience at Auckland Auto Electrics was exceptional.
Exceptional service. Being a traveler in Auckland, I encountered a problem with my camper van. Despite the bustling holiday season, the team managed to fit me in and provided me with friendly and helpful assistance. They made sure to swiftly get me back on the road. Such genuine care and service is rare in a large city. I highly recommend the team at the workshop, including Taylor, Liam, and Emma who went above and beyond to assist me.
I faced an issue with my air conditioning unit and after being informed of long waiting times elsewhere, I contacted Auckland Auto Electrics. Despite it being only a week before Christmas, I was able to secure an appointment for the next morning. Within an hour of arriving, my problem was resolved, and I was back on the road.
