Service is sadly lacking - Regrettably. Phoned to inquire about dry cleaning services today, including time and cost. Initially, a woman answered, then I was transferred to “Joe” who proved to be even more unhelpful. It seemed like neither wanted to assist me, perhaps because I called near closing time. I fail to comprehend how a simple query turned into such an unprofessional experience. The service provided was unwelcoming, unsupportive, and had a phone demeanor unbecoming of a local establishment that enjoys ongoing community backing.
Upon my arrival in Auckland for a wedding, I noticed a stain on my gown. The team was courteous and efficient, returning my dress the following day in pristine condition!
