This spot truly made my Christmas shopping a delight today. The team were top-notch and so warm. They had the toothbrush I desired for $15 less than Harvey Norman, I know they do price match at HN but they weren't overly welcoming so I opted not to give them my business. I relished lounging on the mattresses and sofas while we waited for the rain to cease. Many thanks once more, I would absolutely recommend this store. Also, apologies for toppling your sign 😔.
Fantastic spot to shop at. Popped in there to browse for a new freestanding stove. The sales assistant was incredibly helpful and could address all our queries. One thing I truly appreciated was ... she wasn't pushy and allowed us time to figure out what we truly desired based on the information she provided. Thank you Harvey Norman.
Would rate 0 stars if possible.... All the crew except the chap who claimed to be the boss were awesome. Said gentleman in question was incredibly impolite for no reason. Every single other outlet I interacted with and every other team member was exceptional. The guy in charge of computers and electronics needs to learn how to offer any semblance of customer service, let alone good service. Step up your game. Your demeanor is repulsive! It's interesting how a few other outlets mention they've encountered the same issue with you huh.....
