Great service. Punctual. Fantastic job on my new security window fly screens, very neat, and they function perfectly. Delighted for my children's bedroom.
A couple of years back, my partner and I had our windows fitted with security grilles by HP. When I asked how I could access the windows to clean behind the grilles, the person said, "Oh, it's simple! You just unscrew the grilles with a special tool." Cleaning the windows was my main concern as I was content with the grille materials and appearance. So, we proceeded with the installation. After they were set up and the person had visited to check on the installation, he changed his tune to us needing to be extremely cautious when removing the grilles by unscrewing them as the screws could easily strip, and that we'd likely be better off lifting out the window to clean it. This was a stark contrast to what we were told during our initial inquiry. Fast forward a couple of years, and it has become a real challenge for us. Every time I want to clean the windows, I have to wait for my partner to be home to lift them out. Our windows are VERY heavy, and it's completely impractical to lift them out every time I want to clean them. We are now contemplating reinstalling the grilles ourselves using hinges and internal bolts. I am deeply disappointed that the person (I prefer not to name him) was not truthful with us during our inquiry. I feel he was intentionally misleading to avoid losing the sale. Integrity is crucial in any relationship, especially when you are entrusting businesses to be honest with you and investing your hard-earned money with them. Due to this, I would not use their services again, and I could not recommend them to others because of this issue.
