Visited for grey coverage and blonde highlights. After waiting for 3-4 hours, I left with the same hair colour. The hairdresser attempted to shift the blame onto me for using boxed dye too frequently. I was then charged $120 for only covering my greys, which reappeared a week later. This left me feeling very disheartened, especially since I had to leave my child at home and wanted to look nice for my father's unveiling.
