The staff here give you space until you need assistance, which I appreciate. The store is a bit cluttered and disorganized, but they carry well-known and trusted brands. They have a decent selection of shoes, although the sizes seem to start at 7 for women, and a size 7 feels more like a 6!
A couple of months back, I visited this store to get a walking pole. Unfortunately, it was faulty, so I returned it. The lady at the counter was incredibly friendly and exchanged it without any hassle. This week, I returned to buy an exercycle. Once again, a friendly and knowledgeable man assisted me, providing all the necessary information. He even helped me load it into my vehicle. The service here is exceptional. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. Yesterday, I went back to get some summer slides and received excellent service once again. My husband and I have retired to Gisborne, and when we encounter a business that offers such knowledgeable and friendly service, we become regular customers. Kudos to the fantastic teamwork!
