Upon arrival, it took 15 minutes just to receive some assistance and, as you may have guessed, the items were not ready.
My driver waited for 30 minutes, totaling 45 minutes of frustration.

I recently got a haircut and the customer service was top-notch. However, I'm feeling really disappointed with the results. Today, I ended up losing way more hair length than I wanted to, especially since I just had my ends trimmed recently. The back of my head is now shorter than the rest of my hair, which wasn't the layered look I asked for. My bangs are uneven, with one side thicker than the other, and one side looking like it was hastily chopped off.
