Utterly let down. Purchased a phone, barely lasted a month. Bought it online and reached out via email. Received a reply with probing questions, like whether I charged it. I provided detailed responses, even sent photos and a video of my charging process. No reply. Sent three more emails, still no answer. If you can't adhere to NZ consumer laws, then don't operate a business.
