I am utterly let down. I phoned weeks prior, assured they could do gel nails. Upon arrival, waited as the artist was 15 mins late, only to be informed they couldn't do what I wanted (french tips). Just one colour, no art or details, was the limit. The nail technician was pleasant, yet crucial details like this should have been shared during booking. Otherwise, I would have chosen a more skilled salon.
I highly suggest Finesse hair and beauty! The atmosphere is always joyful, and Anna does wonders with my nails!! X
