I've been really impressed with Pounamu Hearing in Wellington. They were incredibly supportive and patient with my Pāpā during his hearing tests and getting hearing aids. I visited them after failing a test at a pharmacy's machine, and they were very thorough in their testing and referrals. They even assisted me with funding applications. I ended up needing hearing aids, and they helped me adjust. The team is very friendly and extremely helpful, which has truly enhanced my overall experience.
Received excellent service from Hine and found the perfect hearing aids for me. An upgrade was necessary, but Hemi the audiologist was understanding and didn't pressure me.
Visited Hemi the Audiologist about 3 weeks ago, and he was absolutely outstanding, not to mention how amazing Hine the Receptionist is! 5-star service...
