Staff were really friendly and the service was top-notch. Absolutely stoked with the product we got.
When I called to inquire about my ring, they claimed a ruby and diamond were missing. They tried to shift the blame, but those stones were there when I left it with them. Apparently, all repairs are sent to Wellington as they can't fix things in-store. Won't be returning, they didn't show any concern.
Received excellent and supportive service. Would definitely suggest.
