Recently availed the services of Aesthetic Image for full-face threading. The service was top-notch and the therapist was excellent, although I did experience some sensitivity post-treatment. Upon informing the therapist about this, she promptly responded via email and phone call, and even provided me with a soothing facial to aid in the healing process. This, in my view, is a genuine display of customer service where acknowledging a mistake and taking corrective action to retain a customer is key. Thank you, Rina.
A good range of services to choose from. It's a challenge to locate an eyebrow threading service in the west coast of Aotearoa. Finally stumbled upon this salon that offers it. One downside, the phone number listed on their website goes unanswered when called.
