The encounter I had here is about this one gentleman the other staff members seemed pleasant. He was quite impolite as he was trimming my hair and had in clips he was handling another customer with a different staff member and was engaged in a full conversation with her, And alternating. He was also rough on my head, hurt my ear as he was washing my hair and brushing it. He was very distracted the entire time. And made me feel bad about how I'd treated my hair which didn't make me feel nice at all. This was my initial real experience at a salon and I'm disheartened and taken aback Just at his behavior. But I can say I'm completely content with the results of my haircut. I would suggest this place but not this person.
I typically don't write reviews but these gentlemen deserve it. This salon is unparalleled and up there with the top salons in Wellington that I have visited. That's why I was quite taken aback to see the negative review below. Thank you, my hair looks amazing every time.
I have discovered my hairdresser Tom who is fantastic. He genuinely listened to what I wanted and I departed feeling rejuvenated and my hair looks fantastic. If you're a blonde, this is unquestionably the place to go. The salon is exquisite and the individuals there make you feel very at ease. Had a few chuckles too which was great. I highly recommend this salon for excellent color and style and above all a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
