The encounter I had here is about this one gentleman the other staff members seemed pleasant. He was quite impolite as he was trimming my hair and had in clips he was handling another customer with a different staff member and was engaged in a full conversation with her, And alternating. He was also rough on my head, hurt my ear as he was washing my hair and brushing it. He was very distracted the entire time. And made me feel bad about how I'd treated my hair which didn't make me feel nice at all. This was my initial real experience at a salon and I'm disheartened and taken aback Just at his behavior. But I can say I'm completely content with the results of my haircut. I’ve been taking my daughter in for her hair trims and the guys do an amazing job, they are extremely patient and kind - she adores visiting! Belinda was my stylist. She welcomed me warmly and was very friendly. She is a skilled hairdresser, frequently checking if the style she was creating matched my preferences. Being new to this town, her attention to detail was much appreciated. Despite a painful injury to her right index finger, she didn't let it affect her work. Like many Kiwi women, she exuded positivity and resilience. I've already scheduled multiple appointments with her and can't wait to visit the salon again.
