Haley is incredibly kind and put me at ease as I didn't know what to expect booking in for a premium facial, goodness gracious, what a serene experience. Booked a couple of weeks later for my eyebrow/lash trio I've never had my brows look so beautifully shaped and tinted. I'm looking forward to my antioxidant facial in a couple of weeks time. The man Jordan was really friendly and welcoming. However, the tan didn't quite turn out as expected. It ended up looking splotchy, with freckles and uneven patches, even after multiple showers. Very good establishment, very nice people their great customer service, I booked an appt and felt very welcome by the receptionist who offered tea, coffee or water when I walked in.
