Incredible team member Lily. We popped in without an appointment as a previous shearer completely botched my daughter's wool and did the worst job ever. Lily took one glance at her, seated her down and worked on her fleece to make it presentable, it looked fantastic, she explained how to fix it and what I should do and did this all free of charge. I couldn't thank her enough, my poor daughter was in tears over her terrible wool and Lily fixed it up and she left feeling amazing. Exceptional customer service, you've gained new clients all thanks to Lily. Highly recommend.
