An amazing store! well stocked, very caring staff. Today I had a sleep test appointment and could not speak highly enough of the service, treatment, guidance, and care. True professionals that are excellent at their craft.
Avoid at all costs! The pharmacists seem incompetent and oblivious to our pain! My partner and I had to visit in the night after an emergency appointment to get painkillers since he was in excruciating pain.. they made us wait for eternity even though there was no one else to attend to. The pharmacist for no reason kept giggling when asked to hurry up 😑 absolutely ridiculous
I rarely write reviews but I recently had the displeasure of visiting this pharmacy, and unfortunately, my experience was so bad I had to write a review. The wait time for prescriptions was absolutely terrible, making me question if they were making and manufacturing the medication themselves. They told me the wait time is 20 minutes, I waited for more than an hour. If the wait time is more than an hour, just let us know instead of telling us a lie. I do understand that pharmacies can get busy but at least let us know that the wait time has been increased so we can decide accordingly if we want to wait or just collect it on other days. To add insult to injury, the manager seemed to be auditioning for a role in Harry Potter as he kept disappearing and was completely oblivious to the chaos around him. Save yourself the headache and find a pharmacy that actually values your time and treats you with respect.
