Warm Pharmacy with incredibly helpful staff and super speedy service. Perfect for kids too.
Regrettably, there's always a minimum 15-minute wait. On my last 2 visits, they forgot to tag my script, making my wait much longer. Service was very disappointing. Clearly, they are short-staffed.
Popped in for a script refill, placed my order at the counter, then stepped outside to see my partner and pup. I was only gone for a minute at most. When I returned, I waited for 20 minutes in this small pharmacy where the staff could see me waiting. I noticed others receiving their scripts before me, so I approached and inquired. It turned out my script was just sitting on the shelf. I mentioned I had been waiting, but the lady didn't respond and seemed disinterested. I remained polite, didn't cause a scene, but I won't return there. I'll find another place with better customer service.
