I've been practicing Pilates with Kiara for about 5 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! She's so knowledgeable, offers different levels for different abilities, and her hands-on approach has really helped me with some alignment and tight muscles/pain I have. Pilates with Kiara has made a big difference to my physical wellbeing. And it's fun!
Equilibrium Wellness Pilates is a great class to try. Kiara is a great instructor who is friendly and super helpful. If you want to gain strength without causing more injury, this is the class to take!
I have seen Kiara for both Pilates and Bowen Therapy and she's amazing! Pilates has been wonderful for building my strength and finding a sense of calm. Bowen therapy has also helped to improve a few of my old injuries that I couldn't seem to get sorted previously (and I've tried many different options). I would 100% recommend Kiara at Equilibrium Wellness!
