This is a tiny room in an office block in Chartwell with only one beauty therapist now. Though the therapist is nice, the facilities are subpar... not a luxurious experience!
I've been here thrice, hoping for better each time. Sadly, you've lost a client. First visit was for pedicure, done poorly. My toenails not trimmed well, cut at an angle, left sticking out. During foot massage, one foot forgotten, had to remind her. Apologised and finished. Had a bad day, so returned. Second visit, 60-minute couple's massage. My partner had a brilliant lady (sadly left), enjoyed it. I got the same girl from first visit. Proceeded with hope. Felt hardly anything, uncoordinated moves, not enough pressure. Thought she's still in training, gave it another go. Booked mani and pedi. Mani was gels. Given the same girl again. Noticed different nail shapes, asked her to correct. Gel applied unevenly, clumps and specs seen. Asked her to remove, did badly. Proceeded with pedi, little hope left. Toe nail not fixed from two weeks ago. Varnish applied thickly, didn't dry for two hours. Wasted time and money, had to fix it elsewhere. Unacceptable! Sorry to write this, but don't want owner unaware of lost customers. The girl there will sink your business unless trained. If staff changes, let me know, I'll come back. Facilities have potential, but won't return until then. Take care.
