I've frequented this spot numerous times with my mates for eyebrow grooming... Consistently excellent service. What sets this place apart is their inclusive pricing for all genders. If it's busy, they simply call you back mate.... eyebrows always looking sharp. Top-notch spot for eyebrow care, quick and efficient service.
Absolutely terrible! Hurried service. Mediocre brows!! Many hairs missed. Had to change seats 3 times. One chair wasn't even adjustable but expected me to recline? Made grunting noises instead of attempting to communicate in English! No manners. Zero customer care. Regret not going elsewhere! Usually do my own at home but wanted a break. Feeling extremely disappointed!
Visited twice and pleased with the results on both occasions. However, not the ideal place for a pleasant, relaxing experience. Staff lacks friendliness, no eyebrow mapping, minimal interaction with clients, etc.
