Paid for the full head of foils treatment $159 (30th sept) I assumed she would do an awesome job like the first time I went there.... Unfortunately I was wrong...the foils were completely uneven and not just at the front..it was all over the sides and at the front, and way off the scalp line,I didn't notice until I had gone home and lifted my hair. Messaged Angela and she agreed I could come in so she could fix it... (Spent another $40 in petrol)1st Oct I went back in and she admitted she had tried a different foiling style and that's why it didn't come out right...so she put more foils in and tried to fix it...washed and blow dried....still the foils were way off so she tried one more time....once she blow dried it I commented saying "will the yellow go away with purple shampoo " which she replied "no as I've already put purple shampoo in" the front hairline was still way off with the foils but by this point I gave up as this was her third attempt In the couple of weeks that followed I tried to come to terms with my hair but everytime tried to make it look nice I would be in tears because it looks so bad (the yellow and the lines) so I messaged Angela on the 16th to advise I'm really upset about the whole situation etc...in the meantime I went to a local hairdresser to see what they advised...which was that it was an awful job and the only thing that could half pye fix it is a root smudge and a toner,until I let her botch up grow out I messaged Angela an update and asked for either a refund or $118 which would pay for the fix up job She replied over 24 hours after my first message and said their policy is rectifying the issue which she thinks she did on October 1st.She did not rectify it after attempting 3 times to do my hair therefore I should be entitled to a refund. At the appt on the 30th sept Angela stated I shouldn't be washing my hair as often as I was so I stopped that very day...I wash my hair alot less and I use the purple shampoo so it's certainly nothing that has occurred at home.The last time I left there on the 1st Oct I was VERY clear it was yellow It upsets me to write this as I thought Angela was a very kind and honest person and would come to the party and accept she failed me and my hair...but I was wrong There are other similar google reviews about her quality of work I would not recommend her at all

I booked an appt with Angela and while she was very welcoming and friendly she didn’t do a very good job on my hair at all (half head of highlights at $179). I came out with yellow hair and the most intense and crooked regrowth line. My hair was meant to be straightened as part of the package but my hair felt crispy and was very poofy and frizzy. I got into my car and freaked out when I saw it, I thought maybe it will settle, maybe it’s not that bad. I tried to get used to it over the next 3 days but didn’t so I messaged her telling her I didn’t like it at all and asked if she could do another toner or try and fix it. Angela did reply about an hour later and said I could come the next day which was great but in that time I had called another salon as I didn’t feel too confident in Angela fixing it and I made an appt to go into this salon and see what they thought about it so I didnt respond to Angela right away. Then next day at 9am I went to this salon to which they told me the foils she did had bleed and it was a mess. While I was at this appt Angela messaged me again asking if I was able to come that day to which I responded I wouldn’t be coming back to her as the foils she did had bleed and I wasn’t happy as it was going to be hard to fix, Angela did not respond. I then text Angela the next day asking what her policy was and if she offered a refund or a partial refund as I had to pay to have my hair fixed, she later responded saying she was a bit confused as I’d had it fixed but I told her it would be hard to fix and that she doesn’t offer a refund as I could have gone back to her to have it sorted to which I responded to her that I lost faith in her and her ability to fix my hair and that I didn’t trust her to fix my hair as she failed to tell me about the mistake she had made with the foils bleeding. I never got a response from Angela or an apology. I wouldn’t recommend, yes she did offer to fix which was nice but I shouldn’t have had to have it fixed in the first place and I think she was dishonest in not telling me the foils had leaked and that there was an issue.

Angela is exceptionally amiable and executed a fantastic job with my hair. The salon is cozy and conveniently located.
Angela is truly fantastic at her craft. Nailed my hair color today and delivered exactly what I had envisioned. I have definitely discovered my preferred hair stylist! The salon is also incredibly charming!🙂 …
