I encountered absolutely top-tier customer service at Bunnings Tauranga South this morning. I returned a 2x2x2m cubed garden bag, but I found it could not be collected from Rotorua. The return and refund from my receipt was processed promptly and was back in my account within the hour. I then got a single shot caramel latte and a steak and cheese pie from the cafe onsite, and found both were scrumptious! The counter staff and the cafe staff were prompt, extremely polite and very professional. Bunnings staff here set a standard that others could very well aspire to. Two thumbs, way up!
Top-notch service, hands down. I was seeking guidance. Staff were actively approaching me to offer help. A good number of staff were moving around the floor to assist customers. This was on a late Wed morning. Plenty of parking in front and easy to access from all directions. Recommending others to check out the store. I would revisit this particular store even if the Tauranga branch is closer to me.
