2 stars for the amazing products you sell, but apart from that. Your team's customer service needs some care! Not even friendly and we received a rather negative energy from some of the staff members. Especially the men!
The pharmacist in this shop needs to update their training, or maybe just listen to their patients. Came in on a public holiday for an urgent supply of an anti-epileptic medicine, one that can actually cause seizures if stopped suddenly and was informed I couldn't pick them up because they couldn't understand what I was saying. One phone call to another after-hours pharmacy and the problem was quickly resolved - as the pharmacist there understood the urgency.
