Hemi completely missed the mark on understanding what I wanted for my hair... I explained my expectations multiple times. I trusted him to give me a look similar to one of his assistants. Throughout the process, he kept changing the price for the color application every 15 minutes... and ended up charging me more than I've ever paid for my hair in the last 5 years, with disappointing results. I reluctantly agreed to the process as he had already applied bleach to my hair, leaving me with no other options... even after showing him images and patterns, he did what he pleased or imagined in his mind... I didn't expect an exact replica, but at least something similar. The staff is friendly, no doubt, as that's part of their job... but that doesn't justify the salon's high 4.9-star rating... please refrain from giving inaccurate ratings as it can ruin someone's hair that they have to live with after paying a hefty price... a total letdown... 😣☹️ the first image shows his work, and the second image depicts what I had hoped for. Thank you.
Cannot speak highly enough of Hemi at Tints Hair Co! A true artist with colors! I walked in wanting a partial head of highlights, but after a delightful consultation, he suggested a way to achieve my desired look even better! Hemi truly listened to my needs as a busy parent who craves low-maintenance hair that looks fabulous for a long time. And he delivered just that! I am overjoyed with the results!
