We are absolutely thrilled with Lacey's hair straightening service, my son had the Keratin treatment yesterday and it will last 3-4 months. The fantastic thing is that Lacey explained both the chemical and organic methods to do this, and we decided to proceed with the organic option. Had high hopes as the consultation was friendly and the individual (I'm assuming a senior stylist) seemed very knowledgeable. However, the service and cut itself were underwhelming. The scalp massage was virtually non-existent. I ended up just getting my very thick hair thinned out and straightened, with minimal styling, not worth the $95 I paid. The individual was quite rough and seemed irritable towards the end of my cut, possibly due to another client who was dissatisfied with their coloring/styling session.
