Within 10 minutes, I was approached for help by 3 different individuals, and then a 4th time by the 3rd person. I can appreciate the 1st and even the 2nd person asking, but the 3rd person? Asking me twice? When I politely declined with "No, I'm okay thank you" the 3rd time, they continued to linger and watch me as I shopped. When a customer declines assistance, it should be respected. Olivia was pleasant but I used an expensive voucher on a facial. There was no explanation of the products used unless I specifically inquired, the room was dim and chilly, and the music was bothersome! The dye on my eyebrows was smudged at the edges. The front of the shop could use a good vacuum, and the staff were not in proper uniforms. I know I may be fussy, but for that price, you expect something exceptional. Sadly, I won't be coming back 😢.About

I was having a tough afternoon and feeling disheartened by the state of our land and popped into the local store to grab a few things. When I reached the checkout, I noticed the cashier, I believe her name is Hemi, and the way she engaged with the patrons was truly heartwarming. She brightened my day by demonstrating that there are individuals who understand the challenges. She managed to assist a customer while aiding a stressed-out mother in handling her toddler's meltdown over sweets. The mother and child departed without any tears, and the mother was incredibly grateful that her shopping trip didn't turn into a complete disaster and didn't disrupt other customers' experiences. Hemi was exceptionally friendly and catered to the customers' needs in a thoughtful manner. Massive waste of time, I booked for a hair treatment 7 and a half weeks after my previous one. The booking page says to contact them if you’ve had a treatment done within 5 weeks, and their website recommends leaving 7 weeks between treatments, and when I got there, they told me they refused to do my treatment because they usually don’t do anything under 8 weeks. This is my regular grocery store I've been visiting for over 20 years. Tama and her team are exceptional. They are friendly, vibrant individuals who know their customers personally and always go the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service. Recently, my wife and I both had the flu. I gave them a call, and they took excellent care of everything for us, sending various nasal sprays, cough lozenges, pain relievers, and antiviral medication. They had it delivered to our door as we were in quarantine. They also checked in on our well-being. I cannot praise this small business and their caring, supportive staff enough.
