Had an absolutely amazing experience at Glow Enchantment Touch. The whole team put efforts to provide the best service. Jasmeet is a specialist in pretty much everything, very charming and knowledgeable; you can see their experience the way they showcase their work. Everyone at Glow is very professional towards their customers.
Harpreet did the beautiful makeup and hair for me and my sister, and we received so many compliments on our look this evening.

We opted for the 3-hour Ninja Combo, which includes 2 hours of full access to the Arena and a 1-hour session on the VR Simulators (just a quick 2-minute walk away). It's the perfect spot to let the kids go wild, and adults can join in on the fun too. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including the thrilling Wet Slide at the end. It's recommended to do the slide after the VR session, which makes sense. Ninja Valley is like a combination of Chipmunks and Jump/Gravity, but even better. I suggest booking earlier session times to avoid crowds. The service at the counter is prompt, the passes/combos are reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The toilet facilities are clean. We popped in around 8:15pm on a Wednesday evening and were welcomed by a cheerful staff member who seated us promptly. There was a private larger group on one side of the eatery but that didn't affect the service at all.
We were a party of 4, travelers from abroad and we had heard about Palate and it lived up to the hype!
The lamb was superb, a generous serving with a variety of vegetables and sauce on the plates. We also tried the venison tongue cheeks since we had heard this dish had won an award, it was very smoky yet incredibly tender. The fresh Paua were delectable, the fish, and portabello mushrooms were all fantastic and full of flavor. The overall atmosphere of the eatery was delightful and serene too. Highly recommend this place as our group truly savored all the unique flavors and top-notch service!

Today, I got a stunning flower arrangement delivered. It was a gift from my family in Sydney for my birthday. Despite a mix-up with the courier causing a delay in the delivery, Wild River & Co sent me a sweet note of apology (even though it wasn't their fault) along with a bonus scented candle and a delicious bar of Pear & Manuka Honey chocolate. Their customer service is exceptional, and I highly recommend this florist. They have won me over as a loyal customer. A big thank you to Erin & Dida for going above and beyond.

A primo venue, top security, easy and quick to enter and find seating, kai stand had choice stock and quick service, and toilets were mint. Really impressed with the security service. I recently popped into Vivo Hair, Hamilton, Centre Place for a keratin smoothing treatment, having shared my hair woes beforehand. Alas, my visit left me quite disappointed. Despite briefing the salon on my hair's tendency to turn frizzy and wavy post-prior keratin treatment, my locks remained in their unruly state, with no sign of the promised taming of baby hairs. As a patron, I anticipated a personalized and expert approach to cater to my specific requirements, particularly given the prior notification about my hair type. Regrettably, the results did not reflect this attention to detail. While I acknowledge the salon's efforts, I find myself dissatisfied with the treatment's outcome. I kindly request that Vivo Hair either re-perform the treatment to achieve the desired results or refund the service provided. I trust this feedback will contribute to enhancing future experiences for both myself and other patrons.
