Avoid getting a lash perm here. My appointment was changed without consent, causing me to wait excessively. The process was painful, and the technician was absent during stinging moments. Despite previous bad experiences, I was assured of their expertise. The result was unsatisfactory, with only a slight curl. The tint was messy, causing discomfort and a burning sensation. The salon refused a refund, offering a redo or voucher, which I declined. Ignoring calls now. I demand my money back as a student who can't afford such a poor service.About

Had high hopes as the consultation was friendly and the individual (I'm assuming a senior stylist) seemed very knowledgeable. However, the service and cut itself were underwhelming. The scalp massage was virtually non-existent. I ended up just getting my very thick hair thinned out and straightened, with minimal styling, not worth the $95 I paid. The individual was quite rough and seemed irritable towards the end of my cut, possibly due to another client who was dissatisfied with their coloring/styling session. Following a somewhat disappointing initial bridal makeup trial for our Wellington wedding, I contacted Giselle and asked if she would be willing to travel down for my big day to do our makeup instead. I have utilized Giselle's services multiple times over the years for special occasions and have adored every look she has created for me. I had complete trust in booking her for my wedding and fortunately my partner agreed that the travel expense was justified for my happiness. I underwent two trials with Giselle due to postponements (thanks to c*vid) and on the day we even made some adjustments. Giselle truly listens and is the epitome of professionalism.
