Upon arrival, I was informed that only the half head service could be accommodated due to time constraints. The handling of this situation was disappointing, and the communication could have been more polite and understanding. It felt like the blame was subtly shifted to me, which was disconcerting. The interaction with the staff, particularly the person in charge of hair extensions, was less pleasant than expected. Had high hopes as the consultation was friendly and the individual (I'm assuming a senior stylist) seemed very knowledgeable. However, the service and cut itself were underwhelming. The scalp massage was virtually non-existent. I ended up just getting my very thick hair thinned out and straightened, with minimal styling, not worth the $95 I paid. The individual was quite rough and seemed irritable towards the end of my cut, possibly due to another client who was dissatisfied with their coloring/styling session.
