Hey, I'm quite disappointed with the service I received at this salon. I recommended my partner to come here for a haircut as I am from India and have known James for 3 years. When we arrived at 3 pm today, James informed us that there was a 40-minute wait because there was another customer ahead of us, which was fine with us. So, my partner and I went for a walk outside and returned at 3:40 pm as instructed. However, James then told us that we couldn't be accommodated because there were more people waiting now. Being a 32-week pregnant woman, I was willing to support his business and didn't mind waiting in the winter weather, but I was turned away. What's the point of making an appointment then? It feels like a complete waste of time. This is not how business should be conducted, failing to keep promises.
